I am so excited to share with you all how I made this fun witches hat! I made this using jelly roll tubes! The same tubes we use to make jelly roll rugs! After I made my jelly roll sun hat I knew I had to try my hand at a witches hat. I worked and worked on this one until I found just the right method I liked. Now I am sharing that with all of you! I have a full step by step pattern and video tutorial available.

**It is a advanced pattern due to the nature of trying to get the right shape. It is hard to get down the way the fabric works to get the shape needed. Recommended to have some jelly roll rug making experience or with jelly roll bowls or baskets.
