Come along as I go over how I made this HUGE tote bag using jelly roll strip fabrics. I am using fat quarters fabrics that I cut into 2.5″ wide strips sewing two together to make 44″ long strips. You can use jelly roll fabric strips for this. I then add batting for that jelly roll rug effect. Adding side panels and handles to complete the look. 23.5″ Handles
2.25″ wide for batting used inside
Bag measures 20″ wide, 18″ tall, bottom about 4″ wide, sides 4″ wide
