Learn How to Make a Scrappy Quilted Center Round Fabric Rug Using Jelly Roll Strips. These are made using jelly roll strip like all my other fabric creations I make here. I used those little triangle cut offs that we get when creating the fabric tubes for these rugs. I was so excited to finally put this idea to life. I was looking for a perfectly blended quilted middle. Starting the jelly roll rug this way makes the middle starting area so much easier to work with.
