I have created seven different sized printable templates to use for your jelly roll tree skirt middles.
Print these templates out and use them as a reference for making jelly roll tree skirts. Pick which size you would like and cut that circle out. Use that circle as the starting point or as a template to trace fabric or cardboard to use that as a starting point to create the open center for your jelly roll tree skirt.

Cut around dotted line. Clip fabric around the edge attaching fabric and paper together. Solid line indicates size. Between the dotted line and the sold line is where your first fabric tube will lay and you can clip it to the paper to form your open circle center.
When printing make sure settings are set to actual size and not fit to paper.
The larger sizes will be easier to sew around. With the smaller sizes keep in mind that you need to bunch a lot more fabric up around the curves so it may be more difficult to start. I suggest using these printables as templates and tracing around some cardboard to create a more firm base to work off of.
