Fabric Flower Wreath Printable Tutorial Mailed To You

This is for one Fabric Flower Wreath Tutorial Mailed To You. This will explain how I make my fabric flower wreath using fabric ropes made from fabric strips. It is a thirty page tutorial. This will be printed in color at my home and put together with a spiral binding. Cover and back are printed on a thicker paper to create a durable product.
