This Pink and Black Witchy Hat is as shown. Can be worn as a hat, used as decoration, or fold in half and add some ribbon to hand as decoration! You can scrunch the hat down to get desired look as shown.

**SIZING**

Inside head circumference is 25″ for this hat. The standard head size for the average head size is 22″ which is what my head is too. This hat fits my head, but more loose fit.
