This is for one Witches Hat Printable Tutorial Mailed To You . This will explain how I make my fabric Witch Hat using fabric tubes made from fabric strips. It is a twenty four page tutorial. This will be printed in color at my home and put together with a spiral binding. Cover and back are printed on a thicker paper to create a durable product.

**It is a advanced pattern due to the nature of trying to get the right shape. It is hard to get down the way the fabric works to get the shape needed. Recommended to have some jelly roll rug making experience or with jelly roll bowls or baskets.
