Returns & Exchanges

This policy is valid from 2020.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving. Returns must be sent back in original condition at buyers expense. Any shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancelations on custom items can be made if the product has not begun to be worked on.

There is a $20 non-refundable deposit fee on any cancelled custom or personalized orders that have been completed.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Custom Orders
  • Personalized Orders
  • Items on Clearance

Damages

If your art arrives damaged, you have to contact me for approval of refund or replacement.

In order to get any refund, a photo of the damage must be sent.
You will be responsible for shipping item back within 2 weeks time with item in same condition as you received it.
